Η δεύτερη δημόσια τηλεόραση της χώρας αποφάσισε να επιλέξει το τραγούδι που θα εκπροσωπήσει τη Λευκορωσία στον 55ο διαγωνισμό, ξεκίνησε διοργανώντας μια τηλεοπτική εκπομπή, το Music Court, η απόφαση της ONT να επιλέξει το τραγούδι δεν έγινε δεκτή από την EBU μιας και δεν ήταν επίσημο μέλος του οργανισμού.
Έτσι η BTRC ανέλαβε να επιλέξει το τραγούδι της χώρας, με εσωτερική διαδικασία επιλεχθηκε το συγκρότημα 3+2 όπου είχαν κερδίσει τη δεύτερη θέση στο διαγωνισμό της ONT, με το τραγούδι τους Run away. Αργότερα η BTRC αποφάσισε να αλλάξει τη συμμετοχή της και έτσι οι 3+2 θα ερμηνεύσουν στη 16η θέση του πρώτου ημιτελικού το τραγούδι τους Butterflies.
