Ήταν η σειρά της φλαμανδικής τηλεόρασης του Βελγίου VRT να επιλέξει τον επόμενο εκπρόσωπο της χώρας στον διαγωνισμό της Eurovision, φέτος προχώρησε σε ανάθεση, κάτι που έχει να κάνει από το 1985.
Σε μια ειδική τηλεοπτική εκπομπή που έφερε τον τίτλο Eurosong 2010: Een song voor Tom Dice, παρουσιάστηκε στο τηλεοπτικό κοινό ο εκπρόσωπος της χώρας και το τραγούδι του. Το Βέλγιο διαγωνίζεται στον πρώτο ημιτελικό στη δέκατη θέση.
