Η τηλεόραση της Γεωργίας επέλεξε για την επιστροφή της στον διαγωνισμό της Eurovision, την Sofia Nizharadze να εκπροσωπήσει τη χώρα στο Όσλο της Νορβηγίας. Προσκάλεσε συνθέτες για να γράψουν τη συμμετοχή της χώρας και στις 27 Φεβρουαρίου διοργάνωσε τελικό όπου παρουσίασε ο Davit Katsarava. Το τηλεοπτικό κοινό και μια κριτική επιτροπή επέλεξαν από κοινού το τραγούδι που θα ερμηνεύσει η Sofia.
