Η τηλεόραση της Λιθουανίας αν και αρχικά υπήρχε πιθανότητα να μην πάρει μέρος στον διαγωνισμό, τελικά, διοργάνωσε τρείς ημιτελικούς για την επιλογή των τραγουδιών που διαγωνίστηκαν στον τελικό. Δώδεκα τραγούδια διαγωνίστηκαν όπου παρουσίασε ο Giedrius Masalskis, το τραγούδι επέλεξαν από κοινού το τηλεοπτικό κοινό και μια κριτική επιτροπή.
Το εισιτήριο κέρδισε το συγκρότημα InCulto με το τραγούδι, East European Funk, όπου και θα ανοίξει την αυλαία του δεύτερου ημιτελικού.
