Έξι ημιτελικούς διοργάνωσε η δημόσια τηλεόραση της Μάλτας για την επιλογή των τραγουδιών που διαγωνίστηκαν στον τελικό στις 20 Φεβρουαρίου στο Malta Fairs & Convention Centre και παρουσίασαν οι Keith Demicoli, Pauline Agius & Owen Bonnici.
Το τηλεοπτικό κοινό και μια κριτική επιτροπή επέλεξαν το τραγούδι της Thea Garrett My dream, να διαγωνιστεί στον πρώτο ημιτελικό της Eurovision 2010 στο Όσλο στη 11η θέση.
