Μέσα από δυο ημιτελικούς η τηλεόραση της Μολδαβίας επέλεξε τα τραγούδια που διαγωνίστηκαν στον τελικό της χώρας για την συμμετοχή της στον 55ο διαγωνισμό τραγουδιού της Eurovision στο Όσλο της Νορβηγίας.
Δεκατέσσερα τραγούδια διαγωνίστηκαν και το νικητήτιο τραγούδι επέλεξαν το τηλεοπτικό κοινό και μια κριτική επιτροπή. Η συμμετοχή της Μολδαβίας θα ανοίξει την αυλαία του πρώτου ημιτελικού της Eurovision 2010 στις 25 Μαΐου.
