Η τηλεόραση της Ρωσίας, διοργάνωσε τελικό με 25 τραγούδια να διεκδικούν το εισιτήριο για το Όσλο της Νορβηγίας, τον τελικό παρουσίασαν οι Oxana Fyodorova και Dmitry Guberniev. Το νικήτηριο τραγούδι επέλεξαν από κοινού το τηλεοπτικό κοινό με μια κριτική επιτροπή.
Η Ρωσία θα διαγωνιστεί στη δεύτερη θέση του πρώτου ημιτελικού στις 25 Μαΐου.
