Μετά από 4 ημιτελικούς και μια δεύτερη ευκαιρία η τηλεόραση της Σουηδίας επέλεξε τα τραγούδια που διαγωνίστηκαν στον τελικό της χώρας που διοργανώθηκε στο Globe Theatre στη Στοκχόλμη και παρουσίασαν οι Mâns Zelmerlöw, Christine Meltzer Lind & Dolph Lundgren και τον νικήτη επέλεξαν 11 επιτροπές (5 εθνικές και 6 διεθνείς) και το τηλεοπτικό κοινό.
