Το BBC επέλεξε τον επόμενο εκπρόσωπο του για το διαγωνισμό της Eurovision, διοργανώντας τελικό με έξι νέους καλλιτέχνες να ερμηνεύουν το τραγούδι των Peter Waterman και Mike Stock That sounds good to me, αρχικά σε διάφορες εκτελέσεις.
Αργότερα ο συνθέτης του τραγουδιού Peter Waterman επέλεξε τους τρείς καλύτερους για να ερμηνεύσουν την βερσιόν του τραγουδιού για τον διαγωνισμό, τότε το τηλεοπτικό κοινό επέλεξε τον Josh Dubovie να ταξιδέψει στο Όσλο.
